City Clinical Hospital 40 3 infectious diseases department. Center for Functional Diagnostics and X-Ray Diagnostics

Terms
Good by my standards physical condition: double-glazed windows, spacious, comfortable beds, each bedside table and chair. Yes, there are 2 sockets per room, but there was enough for all six of us to charge a mobile phone and a razor. For those traveling with a laptop or radio, it is better to take an extension cord. They wash everything quite often.
Linen is changed immediately if soiled, upon request, without a limit. There is a shower, but you cannot use it in surgery with unhealed stitches. I only went before the operation - everything works. And so - the sink in the room. Toilet on the floor.
During the operation, valuables - wedding ring, wallet, mobile phone were accepted for storage according to the inventory. Outerwear also, according to the inventory, from the first day until discharge, it is stored in a special storage facility. IN reception department There are changing rooms. Sick leave completed without any reminders and correctly.
Boilers are prohibited, but there is a water boiler on the floor, although it is written “only for drinking medicine.” On the floor there are two lounges with TVs, in the men's and women's rooms.

snout. In the men's wing there were two new, clean refrigerators for everyone to use. Food permitted according to the list can be brought with you without restrictions.
They feed it steamed and unleavened, but fresh, hot and quite edible. Apart from oranges and kefir, I did not add anything to the hospital diet.
The general conclusion from the point of view of everyday life is that you can come with your own feet or come by ambulance - and leave healthy with your own feet, even if there is no one to visit you.
But that's not the point.
Treatment
The treatment is quite effective, I after abdominal surgery I was discharged on the 7th day - the stitch had fused. The next day I went to work (I wanted to). 10 days have passed since discharge and I haven’t noticed any problems. It hurts, but less.
If they treat with antibiotics, then they are serious, but they don’t give bifidum - the cause of constipation (this is for the Ministry of Health - not included in the compulsory medical insurance). Well, it’s not expensive to buy your own, and the doctor will tell you how and when to drink it. There are enough all prescribed medications.
Examinations: tests, a cardiogram were done quickly and professionally, the mistakes of the district clinic were corrected - blood type (I ended up in the hospital, as in my whole life, - the second, and for some reason in the district - the first). The cardiogram also reassured me that my heart was fine. They said that in district clinic again, something was measured wrong.
The operating room looks impressive, there is a lot of equipment - everything looks modern.
I was operated on by the surgeon Alexander Valerievich - I don’t know from God or not (I’m not a believer), but to the fullest extent good specialist– you can trust. During my time, only 4 more people who had been operated on by him were discharged from our ward; everyone was eager to work quickly and felt quite healthy.
All procedures are done according to schedule: dressings, injections, IVs, enemas, blood draws - all on your floor in three minutes. For sedentary patients, something more complicated is also brought to the floor - I saw the cardiogram myself.
Medical staff
The sisters are different - some are cheerful, some are silent, but everyone is always there, all I asked was to measure my blood pressure at the wrong time at night - they do everything, they don’t take money (offered). At night there are two sisters on the floor - male and female. I saw how they carried a lost old man on a gurney to his bed - they were not sleeping, they were working.
Doctors regularly make rounds, listen to and examine everyone in detail, and are quite correct. They also answer stupid questions quite restrainedly. On weekends there is a doctor on duty and manages to see everyone. On weekdays, during the week, there were two rounds with a certain boss: five doctors. They looked and checked everything again. The attending physician spoke in the form of a report on each patient - it is clear that they are being monitored.
The whole hospital.
Since I was a walker, I quietly walked around the entire hospital, in appearance everything, like ours, in surgery, was no worse. Any hospital is not a resort, but in itself - Hospital No. 40 in Moscow is quite good.
