Mix 2 parts calendula flowers and 1 part lingonberry leaf. 1 tbsp. Place a spoonful of this mixture in a thermos and pour 1 cup of boiling water overnight.
In the morning, strain and drink a third of a glass 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
Rinse 1 kg of raisins (seedless) well in parts in a colander under warm, then cold water. Dry on a clean white cloth. Go through.
Eat 40 berries on an empty stomach (strictly). Breakfast is in an hour. Consume the entire kilogram this way. Do it 1-2 times a year. This treatment will strengthen the heart muscle. The pain and “trembling” of the heart and weakness will pass.
Your heart will feel stronger if you drink viburnum tea with sugar or honey more often.
Pour 100 g of dry crushed St. John's wort into 2 liters of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Leave for 40 minutes, strain, dissolve 200 g of watermelon honey in the infusion and store in the refrigerator.
Drink 0.3–0.5 glasses 3 times a day before meals.
5 g of crushed oak bark pour 300 g hot water, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes, strain, add the juice of 2 lemons, 0.5 kg of honey, 0.5 liters of birch sap and vodka, mix thoroughly.
Take 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day, washed down with 50 g of infusion of equal parts of thyme and white mistletoe.
