When my life changes for the better. How to change events for the better? When is it okay to say, “I’m doing X”? When X becomes your new profession

“I won’t succeed!” - a person who has decided to improve or change his life exclaims sadly, running his eyes over the piece of paper where all his Napoleonic plans are written down. In a couple of months you need to change jobs and lose twenty kilograms excess weight, make cosmetic repairs in the apartment, find something you like, go on vacation... The goals set are noble and lofty, but in real life they are almost impossible. Moreover, at the same time.

Why? Because constantly being within the tight, merciless confines of time and affairs does not allow you to breathe and move forward. There is no room for imagination. The funny thing is that we ourselves narrow the boundaries of our lives to a narrow framework, naively believing that this will help us achieve success faster.

But not a single change, even the smallest one, in life is easy. It takes a lot of effort to start studying foreign language and start memorizing at least five words a day. And in order to reset three extra pounds without harm to health, you need to give up your favorite treats, choose a balanced diet, start playing sports, and not just start starving or, conversely, put off losing weight until better times. They are unlikely to come at this rate.

To change jobs, you need to work long and hard, develop, and be in constant search. Rarely is this issue resolved easily, on a whim. magic wand. Although... The wand is in our hands. You just need to activate it.
But before we start long way I would like to analyze the mistakes that people who decide to change their lives so often make.

Mistake #1: The desire to achieve ALL the goals you set for yourself within a clearly defined time frame.
A typical and most tragic mistake. It is typical because almost everyone does it, and tragic because it can destroy all hopes and dreams beyond the possibility of recovery.

The desire to change the quality of life, to reach a new level appears when a sharp need arises, the realization that some action must be urgently taken rushes forward. Right now. At this second. Immediately appear in the imagination ideal images that you want to transfer into the material world and realize without spending a lot of nerves, time and effort.

You make a long list of items with sub-items (quit, or, etc.), set deadlines for yourself and... You don’t know what to do next. After all, there are many goals, the implementation of each will require a lot of time, and the plan of not goals, but actions, as a rule, is crude, because working on it is much more difficult.

A vicious circle. All this happens because of the desire to immediately change your life and get quick results.

Mistake #2: Fear of failure.
Fear has big eyes. Yes, my arms are short. However, for some reason, we most often pay attention to the gaze. Sharp, piercing, a little crafty and very cold.

Fear, unfortunately, is our constant companion on the path to success. Many disturbing questions arise all the time... What if it doesn’t work out? What if I can't? Should you believe in your dreams or not? Is my goal too high? What if you can't make it?

Doubts torment the soul, confuse the mind and disturb the heart. There is no escape from them. You can only step over them. Sharp and bold.

Mistake #3: Mother laziness.
The bloodthirsty killer of all wonderful dreams and high aspirations.

This often happens: you make a plan, firmly decide to fulfill your intentions, but... Things don’t move forward. Because I'm too lazy to start. The first step is the most interesting, but also the most difficult. To actually do it, you need to make a lot of effort, activate internal resources, and this requires self-restraint and the desire for change. Then you begin to wonder: maybe this will do? I live my life, I don’t complain about anything... There are, of course, shortcomings, like everyone else. Where can we get away from them?

It’s better to ask this question: Am I satisfied with my life?
You need to answer honestly. Then it will become clear what to do next.

Mistake #4: Lack of faith in yourself and your dreams.
This point is much more important and more complex in its essence than simply constraining fears. After all, fear can be overcome, but without self-confidence, all endeavors are doomed to failure. No faith - no passion and inspiration. Which means there is no success.

Mistake #5: Setting the wrong goals.
This happens quite often. A person decides to improve himself, change his life, makes a plan, but cannot move on because the goals are set incorrectly (how to set them correctly is written in the article: ""). Positions that are not a priority are put forward in the first lines.

For example, you start learning a foreign language... Your soul is drawn to French, but you, ignoring your own spiritual aspiration, take up English. Because it is international, which means it is more in demand and popular. The result is no inspiration or motivation. And even if there are fruits, they will not be at all juicy and tasty.

The point is that you need to carefully prioritize, separate the true pearls from the merely shiny pebbles. Then the goals will definitely be achieved.

... Now let's think together about the steps that need to be taken to begin the process of self-development, improvement, and changing your life for the better.

Step #1: The most important one.
We define the goal. You need to be very careful not to make the mistakes described above. You have decided to change your life. This means that something in it does not suit you, it causes discomfort. What exactly? There is no need to list all the disadvantages and nuances; try to focus on the most important thing and prioritize. What should you strive for right now, and what else can wait? What goal has long been asking from the world of dreams to the material world? What exactly will motivate you to conquer new heights? I suggest doing the following: write down all your goals, and then bright color highlight three.

But let them not be equal in value. They will not be equally large, otherwise the process may be delayed. Follow the principle from small to large. Let the first goal be quite serious (for example, search new job), the second is a little easier (let's say, overcoming Beginner level in learning a foreign language for two months), and the third is quite pleasant, but also requires effort. Learn to find time for sleep and rest, interesting activities and communication with loved ones. This also needs to be given due attention!

So, the third task will help you stay on your toes while implementing task No. 1. And the second task will give you self-confidence because it is quite easy to achieve. You just need to put in a little effort :)

The remaining points of your global plan should also not be forgotten. But you don’t need to take on everything at once. It won't work.

Step #2: Develop a step-by-step action plan.
Without taking this step, you cannot move forward. You now have three tasks. You need to “cut” them. As they say, divide words into frogs. To achieve each goal you need at least five points. The more steps, the easier it is to walk.

Step #3: Do it, but do it slowly.
There is no need to rush anywhere. You will definitely have time to do everything! Moscow wasn’t built right away either, but now it’s so beautiful :)

There should definitely be a time frame, but don’t narrow it down to rigid boundaries. Let there be room for imagination, creativity and the gifts of life.

It’s better to give yourself plenty of time to make sure you’re on time. And if you don’t have time, then blame yourself. By the way, you shouldn’t set too long time intervals either, because this way you can go on achieving your high goal forever!

Step #4: Holy, sincere, fervent believe in your dreams. Don't give up.
There will definitely be failures. There is no way without this. But ignore your own doubts. Remember, you are the most wonderful and wonderful person. You will definitely succeed. Just believe!!!

Step #5: Rest.
Many people, having set a goal, begin to “obsess” with it. This, of course, will not lead to anything good. Give yourself a break. Sometimes you need to step back to look at your work, think, admire, and take three huge steps forward.

Everything is very simple and easy. Any phenomenon of life and manifestation of personality can be changed and improved. Remember: the magic wand is in your hands!

You will never change your life until you change something you do every day.

Mike Murdock

Start with simple question: what do you want your life to be?

Do you want to become a writer, musician, designer, programmer, polyglot, carpenter, manga artist, entrepreneur or expert in any field?

How do you plan to achieve this? Do you want to write your wishes on a piece of paper, put it in a bottle and throw it into the sea in the hope that they will come true? Unfortunately, the universe will not do the work for you. You will have to take on your life with your own hands.

Have you set yourself a big and meaningful goal to achieve by the end of the year or within the next three months? The work doesn't end there. Probably from his life experience You've already realized that setting long-term goals doesn't always work. How often has a strategy like this led you to achieve your goal?

Based on my 7 years of experience, during which I conducted various experiments, I was able to derive the law: “ nothing will change until you start making daily changes.».

I've tried to come up with a system of weekly changes, things to do every other day, big monthly goals, and many other variations on the theme. None of this worked other than daily changes.

If you don't want to change your daily life, then you generally don't want to change it in the intended way. You just love the idea of learning how to draw/speak Japanese/play the guitar/code and so on. But you don't really want to do anything.

Pull yourself together and start changing your life every day. Let's find out how it's done!

How to channel your good aspirations into daily changes

For clarity, we list several goals:

  • lose weight
  • write a book
  • conquer your own procrastination
  • fall in love
  • be happy
  • travel the world
  • drink more water
  • learn spanish
  • learn to save money
  • take more photos
  • read more books

How can these ultimate goals be transformed into a system of daily change? Think about what daily actions would help you move forward and be closer to your goal? Sometimes detailing is not easy. Therefore, I offer a few examples for clarity:

Lose weight. Start walking every day. First 10 minutes. After a week - 15. Then 20... One day, when you walk 30-40 minutes a day, make a new change - start drinking water instead of soda and soda.

Write a book. Write for 10 minutes a day.

Defeat procrastination. Every morning, find the most important task for that day and work on it for 10 minutes before you go to your browser or grab your mobile phone.

Fall in love. Go somewhere every day and meet new people. Or work every day to become an exciting person.

Be happy. Do things every day that help make the world a better place, help people.

Travel the world. Start saving money (see next point). Or start selling your items until all your possessions fit into your backpack. Then hitchhike.

Save money. Start reducing your costs little by little. Start by getting into the habit of eating and cooking at home. Sell your car and start walking, biking or taking the train. Find a smaller house (an option adapted for Russia - rent a smaller apartment). Instead of buying things and services, go for those that won't cost you a pretty penny.

Drink more water. Drink water when you wake up and then every hour when you take a break (about once an hour).

Learn Spanish. Learn sentences in Spanish using Anki and listen to educational audio recordings in Spanish for 10 minutes a day (for example, there are free lessons).

Take more photos. Take pictures during your lunch break (but not of what you eat) and post them on your blog.

So, you get the idea. Not all of the examples listed above are perfect, but you can always come up with something that works better for you. The point is to do this daily.

How to implement daily changes?

This method is very easy to implement and if you follow it exactly, it will lead you to the result:

1. One change at a time. You can break this rule, but don't be surprised if you end up failing. Work on one thing a month before adding another change. Add a new change only if you have successfully completed the first one.

2. Start with small changes. I have already talked about this a thousand times and yet no one remembers about it. Start with 10 minutes a day or even less. If change is difficult for you, it's even better to start with 5 minutes. If you can’t even do 5 minutes, reduce the interval to two.

3. Take steps to instill a new habit at the same time. Of course, not literally at the same minute at exactly 6 am, but after the same trigger in your everyday life: after you drink your first cup of coffee in the morning, immediately after arriving at work, after returning home, after brushing your teeth, taking a shower, having breakfast, waking up, having lunch, or turning on the computer.

4. Share your intentions with someone. Better with several people. Make sure they are people whose opinions you respect. For example, I made a commitment to my friend Tynan to learn PHP every 10 minutes a day. I made this commitment also to my wife, my blog readers, my children and many others.

5. Be responsible. Every day I fill out Google spreadsheets with what I did each day and for how many minutes (talking about new things you try to bring into your life). For example, how much programming did you do? And my friend, whom I wrote about above, has access to this document. He controls me. The tool you use to maintain internal discipline does not matter - it could be posts on Twitter, Facebook or a personal report to the person who helps you. You need to trust that your partner is monitoring you every day, not every month. If he doesn't do this, then find another person who will agree to help you.

6. Set punishment or reward depending on the result. Most important motivation for classes is that if you fail to instill in yourself a useful habit, then people will respect you less, and if you succeed, they will respect you more. If your reporting system is not configured this way, you will have to find new way to make it work. You may have to change the partner who helps you. You can also add a little fun to your daily tasks. I promised that I would eat whale sushi if I didn’t make the daily changes I had planned for myself (I would make them, since eating a whale for me is the same as eating a cow or a child, that is, impossible). In another case, I promised that I would sing a song in front of strangers Japanese, if I suddenly screw up. Make the consequences unbearable for yourself if you miss two days and impossible if you miss three days. You can set yourself a reward if you suddenly haven’t missed a single day during the week.

7. Enjoy the changes. If doing these new daily activities makes you feel tired, or if doing these activities is something of a chore for you, then you are doing something wrong. Find a way to enjoy these activities, otherwise over time you will give up this idea. Or find other things that matter more to you when they come into your life.

That's all. Complete these 7 simple steps and your life will change. We will complete each of these steps. You can start making changes in your life today.

What did you do today to change your life?

A year from now, you will regret not taking action today.
Karen Lamb

How to radically change your life? This article contains, on the one hand, our personal qualities and shortcomings, and on the other hand, reminders of how much we already have. We are all born with priceless gifts, but unfortunately we can forget about it.

Life is not about staying comfortable and safe. Life is about moving and taking justifiable risks.

It is about finding the way to your soul, in developing your personality, while maintaining integrity and humanity.

We live on this planet to develop and develop the world for the better.

How to change your life? What you need to pay attention to and let go:

1. Temperament and hot temper. Temporary frustration is not a reason to do something stupid. Remember how many people we offended simply because we were not in the mood.
2. Petty grievances. Life is too short to waste it on this.
3. The idea that you are worse than others is not for you. Stop comparing yourself to others. We are all born into different circumstances, and there is nothing wrong with being different from others. The main thing is that you move towards your goal every day and improve yourself.
4. What we believe does not have to be true.. Everything evolves; what was once true is no longer true. Don’t be dead attached to your beliefs, be open to new things. Change can be very difficult and painful, but it is much better than being stuck in one place.
5. Yesterday has passed - what is happening today is more important. You are not the same person you were yesterday. You develop and become better. Dare to take a step forward, do not constantly look back, as you may forget how beautiful the present is.
6. The idea that problems are bad. We need them for our development, either we ourselves find problems and solve them, or problems will begin to find us.
7. Excessive restraint and inaccessibility. It's not illegal to be human. We all need to be more open to each other. Stop hiding behind mobile phone or tablet. Smile at people, be interested in them. Get to know the people close to you better.
8. If you think that you are far superior to everyone else, you are deeply mistaken. Don't be arrogant, be grateful for what you have. Everything comes back eventually. Be humble and be kind.
9. Unnecessary things. Think about whether you really need it, don’t pay attention to the trend or price. Think about the value of this item specifically to you.
10. Searching for happiness outside. Listen and find your own inner light. You don't find happiness on the outside, it starts within you. Pay attention to what improves you. Be kind. Be conscious. Be someone who makes the world a better place.
11. Hypocrisy and lies. Be honest, otherwise how are you going to earn people's trust. Remember your promises. Be the kind of person you would want to spend time with.
12. Fears that intuition is wrong. It's better to learn from mistakes than to regret what you didn't do. Fear has consumed our hopes and dreams for a long time, don't let it do that anymore. Everything is inherent in a person in order to create and improve the world, only our fear limits our capabilities.
13. Waiting for ideal conditions. They will never come, the conditions will never be ideal. You just need to try and evaluate the result, diligently and persistently, doing the best that is possible at the moment.
14. Constant self-criticism. Your suffering will not help anyone. Allow yourself constructive criticism, which may inspire you, but nothing more. Forgive yourself and accept yourself for who you are.
15. People you're not good enough for. Make room for other people to accept you. You won't be alone if you take care of yourself and other people.
16. The desire to do something just to impress people. It's not worth it, do it to make yourself a better person and make the world a more joyful place. Do it because you think it's right.
17. The desire to please everyone. It's impossible to please everyone. If someone doesn't like you, they might just not be the right person for you to spend time with. What others say and think about you is only the result of their personal vision of the world.
18. The thought that it's too late. It's never too late. You set the limits yourself.
19. Procrastination. Stop procrastinating and putting things off until tomorrow. Start working on the things that matter to you.

Little things, we forget them, but these are priceless gifts, the true value of which we can only learn by losing them:

20. If you are reading this, it means you are still alive.. Life is a priceless gift!
21. Do you have access to the Internet?. You can learn new things and keep abreast of events.
22. You can read and study. This is the greatest opportunity to improve thinking and imagination.
23. You are not hungry or thirsty. You have the ability to keep your body in good condition. Unfortunately, not many people on Earth have this opportunity.
24. You have a roof over your head. You have somewhere to come at night and spend the night.
25. You have people who love and appreciate you.. You have someone to turn to for help.
26. You don't have to survive and fight for your life. If your streets are quiet and no gunshots are heard, you have something to be grateful for.

Something that will help you accept yourself, remembering what love is...

27. Find things you like about yourself. Cultivate Self-Love. Look at yourself in the mirror with kindness and love. If we can find and love something about ourselves, then it will be very easy for us to find kindness and love in the world. Reality is often a reflection of ourselves.
28. Be alone with who you are. Come back to yourself and know yourself.
29. Your time on this planet is precious.. Don't waste it. You shouldn't do something because others are doing it. You don't need permission to do things your way.
30. Keep your distance from those who drag you down. Know your worth! Your friends in life should motivate, inspire and respect you. Quality is always more important than quantity.
31. Start making the changes you need to make. If you want to see changes in your life, you must do things that you have never done before. And step away from things that drain you.
32. Thank yourself for what you have and who you are.. We don't always get what we want. But there are many people who will never have what you have now.
33. Do something every day that makes you happy. . Every day we make a choice, so why not make this choice in favor of our happiness?
34. Take advantage of new opportunities and ideas. Perhaps this case is exactly what will lead you to your goal. You never know what will open up next
35. Belief in your own abilities. Anything is possible! The main thing is to understand what exactly you want and persistently move towards the goal.
36. Writing your own story is always more interesting than watching other people’s. If you find yourself comparing yourself, remember that people tend to reveal only the best aspects of their lives to the public and keep silent about the worst moments.
37. Relax and take things less seriously. What kind of life is this if you fear and think about every step you take?

What you need to start doing for yourself and your happiness.

38. Start filtering out the clutter in your life.. Don't listen to the loudest voice, listen to the truthful one.
39. Start doing right choice . Most of life is a result. Change begins now—from today's choices.
40. Being busy does not mean being productive. Do not confuse movement and progress, employment and real action.
41. Most of the things we worried about never happened. Replace worries with actions.
42. The best way move away from something negative, start moving towards something positive. Replace some actions with others, and another will definitely take the place of one habit.
43. Start doing what is right, not what is easier.. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Just because it's easy doesn't mean it should be done.
44. Start comparing yourself to yourself.. The best way to celebrate personal progress is to compare yourself yesterday with today.
45. Start being genuinely happy for others..
46. Be more tolerant of those who think differently. Any point of view can be understood if you try to look at things through the eyes of another person.
47. Start giving without expecting gratitude in return.. People won't always be grateful, but this is about the long term.
48. Start creating the change you want to see in the world. We all have the ability to change our reality. Never forget this.
49. Re-evaluate the concept of wealth. Some people spend time to earn money. Other people to buy time for themselves. Think about it.
50. Show your loved ones how much they mean to you.. Our close relationships are vital to our happiness, don't forget that. (written about problems with loved ones)
51. Replace the “I have to” focused thought with the “I get” thought.. This way you can start doing a lot of things that you really didn’t want to do before.
52. Don't let one bad moment ruin many good ones.. Don't allow frustrations to develop within you.
53. Start measuring your progress every day, no matter how small or big.. The main thing is that you are moving towards your goal.

How to change your life? Reminders that will change the way you think.

54. Your attitude towards people and situations will change, and that's normal.. Just because you liked something at one time does not mean you will always like it.
55. You can always find tough life lessons along the way.. Change is not always pleasant. This will ultimately make you a better person.
56. Those who complain the most achieve the least.. It's not so bad if you tried and didn't succeed, it's worse if you do nothing and complain.
57. The quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.. You are what you think. You can't change anything if you can't change your thinking.
58. The best thing you can do for others is to improve yourself.. When we are happy, we become for others best friends, the best lovers, the best members of society.
59. You can learn something from everyone you meet.. Our meetings are not accidental. Every meeting brings something. It may not be at all what you expected, but you will need it anyway.
60. If you're feeling weird or alone... Relax, you're not the only one feeling this way.. You are unique, and you are in this world only because you are needed in it.

Important questions you can ask yourself right now:

The questions we ask ourselves now determine what kind of people we will become in the future.

61. What is behind suffering and limitations? If you want to gain advantages in life, you have to sacrifice something. If you want to lose weight, you have to sweat first, if you want to build big muscles - hard months in the gym. For any positive changes in life you have to pay. Are you ready to pay this price?
61. If I continue to do what I am doing today, who will I be in 5 years?
62. What do I spend too much time on and what do I spend too little time on?
Maybe it's time to think not about the urgent, but about the important?
63. How am I deceiving myself? Maybe you refuse to believe the truth? Opportunities open up when there is no room for self-deception.
64. What holds me back and throws me back? Too often we let the past dictate what we do today.
65. What do I not want others to know about me? This is a blow to insecurity. Problems and shortcomings are part of every person’s life. And ultimately, confidence comes from understanding that all people have flaws.
66. Does my environment help or harm me? It's better to be alone than in bad company.
67. What is worth smiling about right now? I'm sure there is always a reason to be in a good mood.
68. Hard times don't last forever. Everything changes and everything passes. (see article about that)
69. You are not the center of the universe. Not everything has to happen just because you want it to.
70. Today is a priceless gift. You still have many days on Earth, but limited quantity. Do the best you can.

And also check for every day.

In conclusion, I would like to say the following.

Don't be afraid to let go of your limitations and inhibitions. Don't be afraid to be disappointed. Don't be afraid to get hurt or get hurt. Understand that just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Just because it's easy doesn't mean it should be done. Do what is right in life, not what is easier to do.

Ask yourself about the cost and consequences. Then think about the new opportunities that could arise if you dare to take action. Based on this, make your choice.

Appreciate your freedom and enjoy it. Focus more on being interested rather than engaging. If you think the sun is shining brighter on the other side, it's time to change your perspective, stop comparing, stop complaining and start working hard.

More than the battle is our mind. This is the place where the biggest conflicts happen, the place where half the things that were supposed to happen never happened. Watch your thoughts and don't let bad ideas stay in your mind because they will take away your joy and happiness. It is very important to learn to tell yourself in time that thoughts are not us, they are just guests in our mind.

You can't control everything, but it's foolish to neglect what you can control. You can decide how you spend your time and with whom you associate, with whom you share your life, money and energy. You can choose what you will eat, read and study every day. You can choose your words and actions. You can choose how you are going to respond to unfortunate situations when they arise. You can choose your attitude towards yourself and towards the world.

Every person at least once in his life has had the thought that he could not do something. These thoughts are accompanied by experiences. Some people are able to find a reason in the world around them, while others try to look into themselves. And it is in the second case that the question quite often arises of how to change oneself for the better. It is worth noting right away that achieving this will be very, very difficult. And the main difficulties cause change. Not everyone is mentally prepared for them.

Sometimes a little is enough

Probably everyone knows the proverb that says that if you want to change the world, you need to start with yourself. In this review, we will not raise the issue of changes in the world. First you need to figure out how to change yourself for the better. And first of all, you need to determine what your problems are related to. You can change, for example, your hairstyle. Thanks to this, you will be noticed by a person nearby, say, in public transport. He will want to meet you, you will start a relationship, a family will be formed, children will be born, and you can become happy. What is the reason? And the fact is that previously you simply did not dare to change your hairstyle.

Even such a modest example can demonstrate that it usually prevents a person from finding the answer to the question of how to change himself for the better. If he stops being afraid of change, then success will most likely await him in life.

Create a list of problems

You can start with the simplest steps. Do you want to understand how to change yourself for the better? Just create a list that lists the main reasons that are stopping you from developing. You can note not only those problems that exist in yourself. Everything should be written on a piece of paper. If you can’t formulate it, then you can consult with your loved ones. However, it is best to express your own thoughts. And know that not all people with whom you communicate may wish you well. And you can’t say that they want you harm. They don't care.

In this regard, it can be noted that if you do not know how to change yourself for the better, become kinder, then you need to independently create a list of the main reasons that prevent you from achieving what you want, or consult with the closest people you trust. Do not be afraid that it may take several days to compile the list. This is within the normal range, since you cannot remember everything at once. However, over time, you should form pairs consisting of the problem and its cause.

It is advisable to compile the list in such a way that internal and external deficiencies are listed separately. To do this, you should take two sheets so that you can clearly see what you need to fight with. However, you should remember that it is much easier to change yourself than the people around you.

You need to fight your problems

So, you have asked yourself the question of how to change yourself and your life for the better, and you have also created a list of problems that are preventing you from doing this. Now you can see your "enemy". It is with him that we must fight. And first of all, you need to start fighting with those shortcomings that are hidden in yourself. It is necessary to determine in what ways you can solve your problems and write them on the same piece of paper. Naturally, you may be struck by the thought that such paperwork cannot help answer the question of how to change yourself for the better, externally and internally. However, this is not true. If you only think about your problem, you may forget about some ways to solve it. And in the form recorded on paper, they will be kept safe and sound. In addition, the list of solutions can be significantly reduced by analyzing and eliminating what does not play a significant role. It's hard to do this in your head.

There won't be an easy way

And if you sat down at the table to make a list, despite large number the time that this may require, then this means that internally you have led yourself to change.

It’s worth preparing in advance for what simply won’t happen. All goals are achieved gradually. Therefore, problems will be solved not in one day, but at least in several months. And in some situations the period can reach one year. And it is worth understanding that all long-term solutions to problems should be divided into separate points.

What will help you achieve what you want?

This is only one option on how to change yourself for the better. Self-development can also occur with the help of other principles. They should be considered in more detail.

Having analyzed your problems and formed a specific action plan, you need to begin to implement it. And the most important thing to do at this stage is to systematically repeat the solutions to the assigned tasks. You shouldn't take breaks. You will already have to wait for the dream to turn into reality.

Don't forget about your feelings

If you wanted to find a ready-made list of solutions, but were unable to do so, then you need to create an action plan yourself. At this stage, you need to listen to yourself, take into account your intuition and rely only on available resources. Take life's manifestations calmly

Perceive your life in all its manifestations. There is no need to try to change anything from the outside. Take everything calmly. Change your attitude towards something that previously only caused you bad emotions. At this stage, you must come to terms with the surrounding reality. Accordingly, you can pay all the main attention only to yourself, your inner world, and self-development.
