Some people are surrounded by freaks.

Their parents are “toxic”, their relationships with colleagues are “violent”, their sexual partners are “narcs”.

The word “narcissist” was invented by those who constantly talk about daffodils and shorten them to save time.

Narcissists are everyone who doesn't love them. They should love, but they don’t, they love themselves instead, that’s narcissists.

Those who are tormented by narcissists always have toxic parents.

Do you understand why? Everyone owes them love. It's never enough for them. They are hungry beasts.

And do you know what these victims of toxic parents offer each other for relief?

Express it!

We must go and express everything.

This sentence in itself is a joke.

There are no people in the world who speak out more than these. They talk about their mental pain to everyone, it is impossible to shut their mouth. They tortured all their friends, they write letters to all existing blogs and communities, they speak on forums, they harass offenders. They talk and talk about their pain all the time.

And now they are invited to speak out! Don't hide your pain, pour it out. As if these pots with holes, without bottoms and lids, are capable of hiding something!

They would like something to help them plug up their hole, from which this pain of theirs is constantly pouring into the world, and it becomes more and more in them, because they don’t think about anything other than pain, don’t talk about anything else, don’t do anything else. they do it, they just suffer from boooli.

So, they are being encouraged to go and tell their parents that they were toxic.

Imagine their elderly parents who do not have enough pension to buy medicine, and who find it difficult to take care of themselves at home. And then this scarecrow comes to them, who hasn’t done anything in his life, because he always thinks about his boooooooooools, and begins (for the hundredth time) to express how toxic they were. Maybe better than parents poison, not torment? It is a misfortune in itself to have a child like you, and when you “speak out”, I will save nothing from you.

Catch up with the narcissist and express everything.

Do you know what the actual recipe is for everyone who is disliked?

SHUT UP.

To plug your hole with something, from which pain is pouring out into the world. In a world in which so much real pain, physical, is poured out heartache.

Like the porridge from that pot in the fairy tale of the Brothers Grimm, who was told “pot, cook!”

The whole city was flooded with this porridge, until someone ordered the pot, “Don’t cook!”

So, if you are more or less healthy, but you are tormented by mental pain and hunger for love, tell your pot “don’t cook” and stop flooding the surroundings with your pain. Stop tormenting your parents, stop clinging to your partners, stop annoying everyone around you with your whining.

And as soon as you manage to plug this hole of yours, your pain will become less.

If you're tired of no one loving you, I have good news for you.

If your parents didn’t love you as a child, if your partners continue to dislike you now, then you are leeches. You are the bad ones, not those who are throwing you off. They throw it away because you are leeches. And you need to stop being these leeches.

To stop being a leech, you need to stop clinging to people in search of food, which you call love.

You want unconditional, that is, free, free, continuous approval, and you call it love.

You have large jaws and it seems to you that you were created for love, that is, for its consumption. The jaws are larger than your body and it is impossible to feed you love. To be honest, no one wants to. You are not bad, you are disgusting.

But you can change.

To do this, you need to tell your pot “don’t cook” and stop the cycle of “boool - search for solace - new boool.” You are hurt, you seek consolation, you are rejected, your pain becomes greater and you become more desperate to seek consolation. We need to do something about your pain.

Here's what to do with it.

1. Realize that your mental pain concerns no one but you. Nobody in the world, not a single person should babysit you.

2. Realize that mental pain is excrement. Excrement does not need to be shown to everyone. This is your own business.

3. Realize that pouring out the pain only makes it worse, and if you stop pouring it out, it will decrease. Other things will occupy your mind.

Once you understand all of the above, you will have boundaries. You will feel that people are on their own, and you are on your own, they are not your food, they do not owe you love. It will start to dawn on you.

Once you have boundaries and you finally feel ashamed to pour out your pain into the world, you will take care of your problems yourself. Before that, you were just jumping around like fleas and looking for someone to pin yourself on, but no one wanted and everyone offended you. Now you will take care of your problems yourself and they will finally begin to be solved.

When you stop sticking your sharp teeth into people and clenching your powerful jaws on their necks, you will stop disgusting them. They will begin to gradually focus their attention on you, come closer to you, and will not run away from you. If you manage not to return to the old ways and not jump on the neck of the first person who approaches, they will gradually begin to love you. For once, they won’t get tired of you right away. The number of “narcissists” (those who instantly cool down when they start communicating with you) will be significantly reduced! It turns out that everyone “betrayed” you because you were a leech. You will experience something that has never happened in your life. They will sympathize with you and want to give you something. Previously, you demanded all the time, but were always left with nothing, and even beaten for attempting to steal, but now they will start treating you.

But if thoughts about love make your mouth water with hunger, it’s too early for you to think about it. It’s better to think that no one needs you with your gaping mouth. And no one is particularly interested in your pain.

No one. Even your mom. She would rather be toxic than tolerate you.
